Choose New Agent, give it a name, describe its role in plain language, and add the capabilities it should use. Start with a focused instruction such as “Research competitor websites and summarize the findings.”

Open the agent settings and add individual files or folders under Reference files and folders. These references stay associated with that agent and are available in its tasks.

Work with the first agent and name the other agent in your request—for example, “Peter, ask Paul to review the client notes.” The second agent uses its own instructions and references, then the first agent returns the coordinated result.

Create a task, choose the agent that should handle it, describe the recurring work, and set its schedule. Use scheduled tasks for repeatable work such as monitoring, reminders, or regular summaries.

Enable Computer Control for an agent only when it needs to view the screen, click, or type. Review the requested action and approve changes when prompted; file and folder references remain read-only by default.

Enable Browse and Search the Web for the agent, then ask it to research a current topic. The agent can return a sourced summary alongside the local context you have assigned.

vAssiAGTs is available for macOS, Windows, and Linux. On macOS, some Computer Control workflows also require the permissions shown in the app settings.

After subscribing, create the organization account, sign in to the Workplace Portal, and configure members, shared folders, and Workplace agents from the organization overview.

In the portal, enter the teammate’s organization email, choose a role, and create the invitation. The invitee accepts the invitation with that organization email address.

The organization subscription includes a defined number of seats. Assign the appropriate role when inviting members, then review active and invited members from the portal before adding more seats or changing plans.

Open Shared folders in the portal, add the approved folder, and choose the members or Workplace agents that may use it. Shared folders are read-only by default.

Create focused agents for roles such as research, operations, support, or internal knowledge. Give each agent simple instructions and only the shared folders it needs.

Ask one Workplace agent to consult another when a task crosses roles. Each agent keeps its own instructions and context while the user receives one coordinated result.

Open the Workplace Portal from the app’s settings to review the organization subscription, change plans, or cancel. Subscription changes are handled through the portal and Stripe.

Open vAssiDesk, choose voice or typed input, and describe the action you want. vAssiDesk can work with supported Mac apps by viewing the interface, clicking controls, and typing text.

Grant microphone access, activate the voice input, and speak a clear command. You can switch to typed prompts whenever you need more precise or quiet input.

Desktop control may require macOS Accessibility, Screen Recording, and microphone permissions. Enable only the permissions needed for the workflow in System Settings, then reopen the app if requested.

Review the proposed click, typed input, or other computer action before approving it. vAssiDesk is designed to keep actions visible and confirmation-based.

Create an agent, choose its voice and behavior, then write the role and conversation instructions in plain language. Test the conversation before sharing it.

Add the supported text, PDFs, images, audio, or video to the agent’s knowledge area. Use focused source material so the agent can answer from the context you provide.

Publish the agent to create a shareable link. Use the available embed option when you want to place the conversational experience on another website.

Open the agent preview, run a few representative conversations, and adjust the selected voice or language configuration until the responses match the intended experience.

Open Photoshop and vAssiPS, complete the companion setup, and keep the target document open. The local bridge passes supported requests to the active Photoshop document.

Select or open the document you want to edit, then describe the change in plain language. You can ask vAssiPS to work with supported layers, selections, masks, text, retouching, and effects, then review the result in Photoshop.

Use voice for hands-free control or type a prompt for quiet, precise input. Include the target document or layer and the result you want so the action is easier to review.

After reviewing the edit, ask vAssiPS to save or export the document in a supported format and location. Confirm the destination in Photoshop before sharing or closing the file.

Open Lightroom Classic and install or enable the vAssiLR plugin when prompted. Keep Lightroom active while you issue requests so the plugin can apply supported workflow commands.

Open the catalog or folder you want to work with, then ask vAssiLR to import a folder, apply a preset, navigate photos, cull, or add ratings. Review the selection before moving to the next step.

Select the photo or group you want to edit and describe the adjustment in plain language. vAssiLR can work with supported Develop sliders and presets while Lightroom remains the place to review the result.

Use voice for quick hands-free catalog work or type a prompt when you need a precise adjustment. Name the target photo, collection, or setting whenever possible.

Open Capture One and vAssiOne, then choose the catalog or session you want to work with. Direct commands use Capture One’s AppleScript support; some guarded UI workflows may also request macOS Accessibility permission.

Open the target catalog or session and ask vAssiOne to import a folder or apply a Style to the selected photos. Check the selected set and preview the result before processing.

Select the photos you want to work on, then describe the task. Supported workflows include culling, ratings, cropping, adjustments, layers, and masks; review each change in Capture One.

Select the photos, choose or describe the processing recipe, and ask vAssiOne to process or export them. Verify the output location and file format before starting a larger batch.
