How many people are included?
Starter includes up to 5 members, Team up to 15, and Business up to 40. Enterprise plans are tailored for larger organizations.
How do members join?
An administrator invites teammates using their organization email. Each person belongs to one Workplace organization.
Can every team member download the app?
Yes. One organization subscription supports unlimited Workplace app downloads, while access remains controlled by organization membership and roles.
How are shared folders protected?
Shared folders are read-only by default and can be assigned to the people and agents that need them. Workplace does not reorganize or delete those files.
Can Workplace agents consult each other?
Yes. Ask one focused agent to consult another, then review one coordinated result in your conversation.
What security controls does Workplace provide?
Workplace is designed around organization-only membership, role-based access, read-only shared folders by default, administrator-controlled invitations and agents, and organization-level security activity.
